Out enjoying #devilsdyke near #brighton UK.
The place got its name from local folklore saying the devil was digging a trench to flood all the nearby churches, but disturbed by an old woman he left the trench unfinished, flinging mud into the sea to make the Isle of Wight.
In Victorian times it was the site of a funfair with merry go rounds and bandstands and a funicular and train line. There’s no longer a train line; now if you want to get there on public transport your only option is bus 77, which only runs weekends.
Lots of walks there, people enjoying the fresh air and such but the funfair long since gone. ☀️

My favourite part of Dubai was still the old town. These pictures are from the gold Souk
It would have been nice to have had more of a poke around but the vendors were quite sales aggressive
I didn’t buy anything but then I really don’t shop anyway; I just enjoy looking. ☀️
